My Journey
I started my career shaping brands and guiding companies across Europe, from global corporations to family-owned businesses, helping them grow through brand repositioning and product strategy. But I noticed something important: the real transformation never happened only in the marketplace. It had to start with the people leading the change.
In 2020, while developing what became the CARE methodology, this realization became my own turning point. I understood that to transform an organization, you must first enable the leaders who steer it. Leaders are the ones navigating uncertainty, managing pressure, and trying to stay human while guiding others through transition.
That insight shifted my focus — from repositioning brands to being the strategic partner for leaders. When leaders move through change with clarity, empathy, and resilience, everything else follows.

CARE is not an alternative to performance, it’s the foundation of it. It helps leaders make decisions that are human-centered, strategically grounded, and aligned with evolving expectations from teams and the market.
