Are you sexist? Think again as we are probably all biased says Tamara Eelsing, Diversity Manager at STIB/MIVB.

STIB/MIVB is the Brussels public transport company responsible for buses, trams, and subways. Over 10.000 people work for STIB/MIVB, which makes them the largest employer in Brussels. Tamara has worked there as a Diversity Manager for 4 years. A job she previously held in the bank sector. In this first episode of ’16 minutes of CARE’, the podcast series of the Care Principles, Tamara explains how different her job is now compared to working as a Diversity Manager for a bank. She also explains why we are probably all sexist unconsciously and how STIB addressed this issue in an internal campaign. Tip: Building a diverse and inclusive culture is about change management and culture change. A diversity week for instance won’t change much. Take 16 minutes and get much more insights from Tamara Eelsing!

Special mention also to the article that Tamara talks about: Is that inclusion in my soup? You can read the article here.
