The Care Principles for the Dutch Advertisers Jury SAN
Prior to the keynote, I was invited to a kind of talk show at which the SAN Accent yearbook was officially handed over to me. This yearbook consists of the best marketing communication cases in the Netherlands. I also feature in this yearbook with an interview. The yearbook theme chosen for 2022 was ‘in touch’ as marketing has become a very data-driven science. To counter the data-driven development of the sector, this association was requesting their members to think and act in such as way not to lose touch with people. This human-centric approach was obviously a perfect link with the Care Principles.
