The Dutch company Priva gets introduced to the Care Principles

Priva creates a climate for growth and delivers solutions in buildings and horticulture for a controlled climate by reducing energy and water usage.

It was a great challenge to inspire the European teams of a company that has sustainability at the core of its services. Also meeting visionary CEO Meiny Prins was a personal revelation as she strives for a better climate and sustainability for decades.

The keynote session was followed by a workshop in which we looked for opportunities how to introduce the Care Principles framework: collaboration, agility, reliability, and empathy, applied to your people, clients, stakeholders, and the planet.
