What is the value of empathy for society? Tamara Eelsing, Diversity Manager at STIB/MIVB shares her ideas in the CARE Principles podcast.

In this last episode of ’16 minutes of CARE’, we dive deeper into the strategic CARE framework and talk about agility and empathy. STIB is confronted with a systemic problem: society has become less sensitive to authority. First-line workers like policemen and health keepers are often the victim of this, but also bus drivers suffer from it. The lack of respect and empathy for these workers doing their job is a huge issue in society today. The impact on people is dramatic. Isabel also asks how the Brussels public transport is working on its sustainability goals. This is the last episode of the third season of the CARE Principles podcast, stay tuned for a new season later this year. Thank you for watching it!
